Reddit Management & Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and creative Reddit Management & Marketing Specialist to grow our brand presence, engage communities, and drive traffic and conversions through Reddit. The ideal candidate understands Reddit culture, community guidelines, and how to create authentic engagement without appearing overly promotional. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain multiple Reddit accounts and subreddit activities. Develop and execute Reddit marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Identify relevant subreddits and build relationships with community members and moderators. Create engaging posts, comments, and discussions tailored to Reddit audiences. Monitor trends, conversations, and opportunities for brand participation. Run and optimize Reddit advertising campaigns (Reddit Ads) when needed. Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide regular reports. Ensure all activities comply with Reddit’s rules, subreddit guidelines, and best practices. Requirements Proven experience in Reddit management, community engagement, or Reddit marketing. Strong understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and platform dynamics. Excellent written communication and content creation skills. Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools. Ability to research audiences and identify high-value subreddits. Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and campaign performance. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience running Reddit Ads campaigns. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Reddit Insights, or similar platforms.
