We need someone who understands Reddit's culture, knows how to acquire customers compliantly, and can scale campaigns with a strong focus on performance. ## What you'll own * Reddit Ads strategy * Campaign setup, testing, and optimization * Audience research and targeting * Creative recommendations and testing * Conversion tracking and attribution * Scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining compliance Our business - We operate in the **telehealth** space. Compliance and trust are non-negotiable. - We're looking for someone who knows how to advertise responsibly in regulated industries while still delivering measurable growth.
