Reddit Organic Marketing Specialist — B2B SaaS (Community + AI Search)

We're a performance marketing agency that runs Reddit for B2B SaaS brands, and we're growing our organic side. We're looking for someone who actually knows Reddit. Not a social media generalist, a real Redditor who understands how subreddits work, how to add value in a comment, and how to do it without getting flagged, downvoted, or banned. The goal: get our clients showing up naturally in the threads their buyers already read, and increasingly in the AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) that now pull straight from Reddit. What you'll do: - Find the high-value threads already ranking on Google and getting cited by AI tools for our clients' keywords - Write and post genuinely helpful comments that position the client naturally and hold up to community scrutiny - Build and warm authentic Reddit accounts (real karma, real history) and manage them long-term - Community management: monitor the right subreddits, jump into the right conversations, keep a consistent presence - Light keyword research to map which conversations are worth being in - Report on what's working: comments posted, organic traffic, traffic value, and whether the client starts appearing in AI answers What we're looking for: - An active Redditor with real account history and a genuine feel for subreddit culture and rules - Experience with organic Reddit growth, community management, or content seeding (show us examples) - You write like a human, not a marketer — clear, helpful, native to the platform - You know white-hat from spam, disclose properly, and stay inside community norms Bonus: B2B SaaS experience, technical/dev communities (r/devops, r/kubernetes, r/sysadmin), or AEO / AI-search optimization Engagement: - Ongoing, part-time to start (~[10–20] hrs/week), scaling as we add clients - Remote, flexible hours, start ASAP To apply, please answer: - Link a Reddit profile you've grown, plus a comment or thread you're proud of - A brand or client you've helped show up on Reddit, and what you did - How you'd get a B2B SaaS brand into an existing high-traffic comparison thread without getting downvoted or banned
