Reddit Visibility Audit Analyst

Overview We are seeking a researcher/analyst to help create executive-level visibility reports for technology companies. This is not a social media management role and does not involve content creation, community management, or growth hacking. Instead, the role focuses on researching, analyzing, and reporting on how companies are discussed across Reddit and other online communities. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following: * Competitive Intelligence * Market Research * Social Listening * Sentiment Analysis * Brand Monitoring * Online Community Research * SaaS or Technology Industry Analysis ⸻ Project Objective We are building a visibility intelligence service that helps technology companies understand: * How visible they are within Reddit communities * How competitors compare * What conversations are shaping perception * What themes drive positive and negative sentiment * What opportunities and risks exist * Where buyers are discussing products and services The end result is a professional, executive-level report designed for founders, marketing leaders, and management teams. ⸻ Responsibilities Research and analyze: * Brand mentions * Competitor mentions * Discussion frequency * Sentiment trends * Buyer questions and concerns * Product recommendation discussions * Relevant subreddits and communities * Emerging themes and narratives * Search-visible Reddit discussions Prepare findings in a structured presentation format including: * Executive summaries * Key findings * Competitive comparisons * Strategic observations * Visibility opportunities * Visibility risks ⸻ Desired Experience Please tell us about your experience with: * Reddit research * Social listening * Competitive intelligence * Market research * Sentiment analysis * Online reputation monitoring * Technology or SaaS companies Please also let us know: * What research, monitoring, listening, or intelligence tools you currently have access to * Whether you have experience creating executive-level reports or presentations * Whether you can share examples of previous work ⸻ Initial Engagement We expect to begin with a small paid test project.
