Reddit Community & Outreach Specialist Remote | Part-time | Performance-based About the Role We are a performance marketing agency working with clients in forex, prop trading, and fintech. We are looking for a Reddit-savvy marketer to identify relevant communities and conversations, engage authentically, and build genuine brand visibility for our clients. What You Will Do Research and map relevant subreddits across forex, prop firms, CFD trading, and fintech Monitor posts and threads where our clients or their competitors are being discussed Leave genuine, value-adding comments that build credibility and brand awareness Identify opportunities to mention client services naturally within relevant conversations Track and report on engagement, upvotes, and traffic driven from Reddit activity Requirements Active Reddit user with established personal accounts and solid karma (minimum 2,000 per account) Strong understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit rules, and community norms Knowledge of forex, prop trading, or financial services (preferred) Excellent written English Ability to write in a natural, non-promotional tone Willing to share account access with the team for reporting and continuity purposes What We Offer Flexible remote work Ongoing retainer based on performance Clear briefs and client context provided upfront To Apply Send your Reddit username(s), karma score, and two examples of comments you consider high quality.
