Redesign an Arabic website

We have a failry big website in three languages that we are redesigning at the moment. It is a full on rebrand, with change of colors, logos, imagery style etc. We need an Arabic speaking web designer, with a knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress & Elementor to help us with the design of the Arabic website, which consists of more than a 100 pages. The brand specs, colors, typefaces and design style will be proveided. What we need is someone to take those and design the site in a style that speaks to Arabic clients (mostly from GCC). The content should be the same as in the English site, but the design style should be different and more applied to people from the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia etc. As we do not have and Arabic speaking designer in our team we are looking for someone to help us with this project.
