Redesign PCB (EAGLE files)

I have a small PCB (40x30mm with approximately ~20 soldered components on it. The PCB was originally designed for a 5V power supply, so that is the voltage going to the MCU (Which is rated for a maximum operating voltage of roughly ~3.6V). I want to adjust the circuit so the 5V becomes a steady 3.3V. I am assuming with a TL431 shunt or a TPS7A02 LDO. I need someone who can interpret the schematic and confirm what can be tweaked or added to provide that steady 3.3V to the MCU. Ideally I'd like someone who can simulate the PCB to confirm the proposed modification would work, and then I need the PCB modified with this changes. I can provide the current gerber files, .sch and .brd files For deliverables I need updated Gerber, updated BOM, and updated CPL file that I can upload directly to JLCPCB, Please don't send AI generated proposals/messages.
