Redo Wordpress (elementor) law firm website and assist with branding and on-page SEO

We need a redesign of our law firm's website, fairwaylawgroup.com. The site currently runs on WordPress with Elementor, and we prefer to stay on that platform. We're looking for a modern, responsive design that positions the firm as professional — the look we're after is simple, but still modern. Clean layouts, no clutter. The redesign needs to be done with branding in mind. We are trying to attract clients who are going through a divorce. This is a specific type of clientele who will want to "connect" with the law firm/attorney they are hiring. We believe that our current page does not brand us accurately. The rebuild will cover the full site, however over the years the website has become difficult to navigate and there are certain pages that need to be removed, changed, or not included in the rebrand. Obviously, the first focus will be the home page, practice areas/services, and attorney bios. Existing content that we want to keep needs to carry over. SEO is a priority. The site does has a lot of existing ranking content, and we need that preserved through the redesign — no loss in rankings from the rebuild. Redirects, meta data, headers, and internal linking need to be handled carefully during the migration, not as an afterthought. Potential for ongoing work (specifically landing pages and additional pages) after the initial project is completed. We are located in the eastern timezone, and prefer someone in the same timezone. We will be able to provide feedback (preferably via slack), and are looking for someone to work with us to complete this project. I have a moderate level of technical understanding on the backend of wordpress, so that should help to identify clearly defined goals. The right contractor for this job will be willing to work with us to assist with the branding portion of the website to ensure that we are appealing to the correct audience. Because of that, we are looking for someone with branding experience who understands the clientele that we are trying to attract.
