Redraw cartoon characters as vectors

Looking for someone to redraw 300 cartoon characters as clean vectors in Adobe Illustrator. One character per frame: no backgrounds, no other characters. Just the single isolated character on a transparent background. Budget for 300 characters is 1200 $, or 4 $ per frame. There will likely be more frames, but this is the minimum amount. The key rule: every line must be a filled shape, never a stroke. A stroke has one fixed thickness — please do not use it. Each line must have variable width: wide where the original line is thick, thin where it is thin. How you build this is up to you: draw each line as its own closed shape, or lay down a base color and place shapes on top so the base shows through as the line. What matters: the line's width always comes from the edges of filled shapes, never from a stroke. No automated image trace. Attached is an example of what Im looking for: Left = original, right = traced vector. There is also one image that has not been redrawn. If you are interested and able to redraw using shapes, feel free to do a sample, even if it’s just a small section.
