Reel creator(social media handler)

I am looking for someone to manage our instagram reels. We need someone who makes creative reels. We will provide examples of them below. The candidate will manage our social media with the login. We are a custom pouch printing company(we design and print). I want the candidate to go over this whole job posting. Please know our budget is maybe $100 a month and in that we expect a few reels a week. The stories you post will just be premade videos i already have you just have to post it. If you can do blog posting on our website that is a bonus.
