Reel template real estat

I’m looking for someone to create a reusable Reel template for a luxury real estate Instagram account. The template must be built in either CapCut or Canva and should allow me to easily replace property photos and text. Important: The animation style, pacing, transitions, text appearance, and overall feel should match my reference examples as closely as possible. I want the final result to look almost identical to the examples provided. I will not provide property photos for the sample. Please find sample property images and recreate a Reel that follows the exact same structure and animation style as the references. This task is more about recreating the type of reel and animation so I can re-create similiar later on using the template.
