Referral Partner Position/Lead Generator

**THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY BASED POSITION** We encourage those with B2B sales experince, and business contacts to apply! This would be a great second/supplement source of income! We are a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) that serves small and mid-sized businesses. A PEO is a company that partners with businesses to alleviate a variety of administrative responsibilities (payroll, HR, workers' comp., etc). They allow businesses to outsource important HR responsibilities, which will qualify as payroll, benefits, and making sure they are in compliance with federal and state employment laws. We serve a variety of industries, such as Real estate, healthcare, law, manufacturing, wholesale, food and beverage, contracting, and MANY more. The position will be a business-to-business referral partner. We are looking to hire additional referral partners to help bring leads to our sales team. This position is expected to generate and source qualified leads to then pass onto the sales team. You will have a whole team from us to help you understand and navigate different industries. Ideally, we would like a few leads per month from you to pass on to our sales team to then close on. This position is a starting position, and there will be many opportunities for growth and advancement determined by performance. This is not localized to any specific state; it is available nationally. This position would begin with paid training, and then once that is completed, you will be offered a contract as well as some meetings to get to know the position a little bit better and for you to ask any questions that you have. Example of how you can expect to be paid in this position: If you refer a company that ends up becoming a client that has five employees who make $50,000 a year each, which is a total of $250,000 in payroll each year, you will make .5% each month. This series of payments each month to you for that referral, and the payments will last monthly for five years, unless the contract is voided and you leave the company. Basically, the more qualified referrals, the higher the chance of you getting paid! We are a flexible team and are always here to support and help get the deal closed. So essentially, when you refer a company, and they sign up as a client and begin running payroll, then that is when you will begin to receive your payments. More companies referred and converted to clients means more money in your pocket. Something to keep in mind: If there is no communication or activity from you for 3 months, your contract is subject to be voided.
