Title: Referral Specialist / Virtual Assistant – Remote, MST Hours Job Description: Baton (batonleads.com) is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Referral Specialist / Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. What You'll Be Doing: Handle inbound calls from customers seeking referral services, working a rotating shift within our call center hours (5:00 AM–08:00 PM MST). What We're Looking For: 1. Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken 2. Experience with inbound/outbound calls and delivering strong customer service 3. A reliable computer, stable high-speed internet (150+ Mbps), and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace 4. A good-quality headset 5. Availability for rotating shifts within MST call center hours 6.
