Refine Existing Logo for Martinez Structural Inc.

I am looking for a designer to refine an existing logo for Martinez Structural Inc., a premium structural consulting firm. Important: this is a refinement project, NOT a full redesign. I already have a logo direction that I like and would like someone with a strong eye for premium, minimal, executive branding to elevate and refine it while preserving its identity. Scope includes: • Refining the geometry and proportions of the existing logo • Slightly refining the “M” proportion and spacing • Integrating a subtle structural/architectural detail into the apex area • Refining a clean baseline element for a grounded/foundation feel • Maintaining a timeless, premium, technical, and professional look I am also open to seeing 1–2 alternative directions if you genuinely believe there is a stronger execution, provided it remains within the same premium and minimal DNA. Please share examples of premium, minimal corporate logo work.
