Refine Logo Concept & Create Brand Assets

I'm building a premium recovery and performance mobile app called Rekuvr. I already have an AI-generated logo concept that I like and will provide to the successful freelancer. I'm not looking for a completely new logo or brand identity. I need someone to professionally recreate, refine, and polish the existing concept into a clean, modern, production-ready logo. The final logo should be minimal, premium, and scalable while staying true to the original concept.
