Refine respond.io AI Agent for UK Heating/Plumbing

I have a respond.io AI agent built for a UK-based heating and plumbing business (Gas Safe registered, sole trader). The bot handles 24/7 WhatsApp lead capture, pricing quotes, booking, and urgency triage for a home services business. The agent is largely built and most of the core logic is already in place — pricing tiers, service descriptions, knowledge base, and lead capture flow are all set up. What I need is someone to go through it carefully, test it thoroughly, and fix the remaining issues so it responds accurately and consistently. This is refinement and quality control work, not a rebuild from scratch. Known issues that need fixing: Pricing logic doesn't correctly account for day of week and time of contact (e.g. same-day vs pre-booked rates, weekend vs weekday pricing) Bot sometimes ignores direct customer questions (confirmed dates, scheduling, service questions) and continues asking lead-capture questions instead of answering Bot doesn't always carry information the customer has already provided through to later parts of the same conversation or the final handoff summary Language occasionally implies a larger business with multiple staff/teams, which needs to consistently reflect a single sole trader Conversation flow sometimes stops abruptly instead of continuing naturally, especially after emergency/safety responses Handoff summaries to the business owner need to be complete, accurate, and only include relevant fields for that conversation What I'm looking for: Someone experienced with respond.io and conversational AI agent design who can identify and fix flow/logic issues independently, not just patch what I report to you piece by piece Please test your own work thoroughly before handing it back — I've had a frustrating experience with a previous developer who required extensive back-and-forth testing and issue reporting on my end for basic quality control UK/home services business experience is a bonus but not essential Budget: Since the majority of the setup work is already done, I'm looking for someone to do focused refinement and testing at a fair price for the remaining scope — not a full rebuild rate.
