Regional Procurement Manager

Regional Procurement Manager Malaysia | 6-month contract We're looking for an experienced procurement leader to manage regional sourcing across Asia — covering direct materials, indirect spend and CAPEX. You'll drive cost competitiveness, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure procurement processes are compliant, efficient and aligned with business goals. What you'll do → Lead regional procurement strategy across Direct, Indirect and CAPEX spend → Manage supplier selection, negotiations and contract performance → Ensure supply continuity and mitigate sourcing risks → Track KPIs, drive cost savings and report to senior stakeholders → Coach and develop the local procurement team What we're looking for ✓ 8+ years in procurement, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment ✓ Regional or multi-site leadership experience ✓ Strong in strategic sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiation ✓ Comfortable with ERP systems (SAP preferred) ✓ Fluent in English; willing to travel 20–30%
