I'm a self-employed sole trader/small business owner in Australia applying for a rental property and need a short accountant's letter confirming my income/business standing to include with my application. This is a one-off task: review a small set of documents (e.g. 1-2 years' tax returns, basic P&L) and issue a signed letter on letterhead covering nature of business, time trading, and income level. Must be a CPA, CA, or registered BAS/Tax Agent in Australia, legally authorised to issue such letters, with experience writing letters for landlord/rental purposes.
