Description We're looking for a qualified Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN), Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), or similarly qualified nutrition professional to review a completed cookbook manuscript intended for adults and seniors. The book focuses on simple recipes, meal planning, and educational content designed to help readers make informed food choices and build sustainable eating habits. Project Scope We're seeking professional feedback on: • Nutritional accuracy and consistency throughout the manuscript • Recipe ingredients and meal-planning guidance • Clarity of nutrition-related explanations for a general audience • Any outdated, unclear, or potentially misleading information • Overall suitability for the intended audience of older adults Deliverables • Annotated PDF with comments, suggestions, or corrections • Notes identifying any factual inaccuracies or areas needing clarification • Brief written summary of findings and recommendations Important Note We are looking for objective professional feedback to help improve the quality and accuracy of the manuscript.
