US Registered Patent Practitioner for "Shell Review" & Filing – 2 AI/Software Patents

Job Description: Graphio.ai is an AI startup based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are looking for a US Registered Patent Practitioner to act as our signing partner for two patent applications. What We Need: We need an expert to perform a formal review and handle the official filing process. Since some of our inventors are based in Ukraine, we must be represented by a US-registered practitioner to comply with USPTO rules. Specific tasks: 1. Review two complete patent drafts for compliance with USPTO rules. 2. Check the technical language and formulas to ensure strong protection for software and AI. 3. Review pre-drafted forms, including Application Data Sheets and Inventor Declarations. 4. Sign and submit both applications through the USPTO Patent Center. 5. Confirm our status as a Small or Micro Entity to optimize government fees. Required Skills: - Active USPTO Registration: Please provide your registration number. - Expertise in AI and Software: Experience with machine learning or process mining is preferred. - Efficiency: You should be comfortable checking high-quality finished drafts rather than writing them from scratch.
