Reliable Video Editor for Ongoing YouTube, Testimonial & Social Media Projects

We’re looking for a reliable video editor we can work with on an ongoing, as-needed basis. We don’t need editing support every week, but we would like to find someone we can return to whenever a new project comes up. Projects may include: - Editing longer-form videos for YouTube or similar platforms - Turning raw interview footage into polished testimonial videos - Creating shorter promotional or social media clips - Adding background music, captions, text overlays, graphics, and transitions - Cleaning up audio and making basic color corrections - Adding branded intros, outros, logos, or other provided assets - Exporting videos in the appropriate formats for different platforms We will provide the raw footage, project direction, brand assets, and examples whenever available. We’re looking for someone who can follow an established style while also offering thoughtful creative input when helpful. The ideal candidate: - Has experience editing YouTube videos, testimonials, interviews, or promotional content - Can create clean, professional edits with strong pacing - Communicates clearly and provides realistic turnaround times - Is responsive to feedback and able to make revisions - Is dependable and interested in occasional, potentially long-term work - Can provide editable project files when requested The initial project will be assigned based on our current needs, with the possibility of additional projects if we’re a good fit. Work will be occasional rather than a guaranteed number of hours each week. Our expected budget is approximately $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and the needs of each project.
