Reliable Virtual Assistant for Digital Admin Tasks, SOP Execution & Team Coordination

I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with ongoing digital administrative tasks executed in the german language. The work will include following SOPs, updating project management tasks, organizing files, researching information, client communication, team communication and helping with personal administration. Responsibilities; - Follow written instructions, SOPs, and checklists - Update tasks in ClickUp - Track task progress and report when tasks are completed or blocked Requirements: - Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant Reliable and fast communication during agreed working hours - Ability to work independently after receiving instructions - Careful attention to detail We will start with small paid test tasks.
