Summary

Project Scope: Provide a full set of CD's for a residential remodel. Make designated changes to the drawings and provide full Architectural floor plans and elevation for construction. Drawing must a full set to submit for permitting. Timeline will require a very quick turnaround. Drawings for permit must be ready by July 20, 2026. These will need to be stamped and ready to send to the structural engineer. Bonus - Looking for a structural set of construction drawings for the same project, with approved stamp. Budget is by estimate More pictures and videos will be provided once the project is awarded.
