Remote Accountant & Inventory Control Executive

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, inventory management experience, and hands-on expertise in manufacturing accounting, Bill of Materials (BOM), production entries, and inventory reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance * Daily bookkeeping and accounting entries. * Posting sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers. * Bank reconciliation and customer/supplier account reconciliation. * Monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports. * Monitoring receivables and payables. Inventory Management * Daily inventory transaction posting. * Monitoring stock movements and inventory accuracy. * Inventory reconciliation between ERP records and warehouse stock. * Investigation and reporting of stock variances. * Monitoring inventory aging and stock consumption. Manufacturing Accounting * Creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM). * Posting manufacturing and production journal entries. * Recording raw material consumption and finished goods production. * Monitoring production costs and inventory movements. * Verification of production reports against inventory records. * Reconciliation of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods. * Understanding of manufacturing workflows and cost allocation. Coordination & Reporting * Coordinate with warehouse, production, and management teams. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and production reconciliation reports. * Ensure all inventory and manufacturing transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system. * Support management with inventory analysis and reporting. Required Skills & Experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and inventory management. * Proven experience in manufacturing accounting and inventory control. * Strong understanding of: * Bill of Materials (BOM) * Manufacturing journals * Production orders * Raw material consumption * Work-in-Progress (WIP) * Finished Goods accounting * Inventory reconciliation * Experience with ERP systems such as, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Excellent English communication skills. * Ability to work independently and coordinate remotely with warehouse and production teams.
