Summary

Millennium Builders is seeking a remote administrative assistant to manage paperwork, create proposals, order materials, obtain quotes, prepare documents such as change orders, lien waivers, and subcontractor agreements, liaise with clients, and handle city registrations. This full-time role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to support day-to-day administrative operations for a general contracting business. Prior knowledge within the construction industry is a must and knowledge of South Florida permitting process is a must.
