Appointment Setter (Remote – Philippines/Latin America) About Us We’re a growing digital marketing agency helping home service businesses across the United States generate leads, run marketing campaigns, and build high-converting websites. We’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable and motivated appointment setter to support our outreach efforts. Your Role You’ll be responsible for reaching out to business owners, qualifying potential clients, and booking meetings for our founder. Your responsibilities will include: * Cold calling business owners across the United States * Following provided outreach scripts and processes * Qualifying potential clients * Booking meetings on our calendar * Updating CRM records with accurate notes * Providing feedback to improve outreach performance We provide lead lists, scripts, systems, and support. Compensation Phase 1 – Commission Only (Launch Stage) As an early-stage business, we are currently offering a commission-based structure. For each client you book who signs a three-month retainer and completes their first payment, you will earn: * 10% of the first month’s retainer * 5% of each monthly retainer payment after the first month while the client remains active during this phase Example If you book a client on a $2,000/month retainer: * Month 1: $200 commission * Month 2: $100 commission * Month 3: $100 commission If the client renews before transitioning to Phase 2, you will continue earning 5% of each monthly payment while they remain active. Additional details: * Expected workload: 10–15 hours per week * Commissions are paid after client payments are received * You may work with other clients during this phase Growth Milestone After onboarding five clients on three-month retainers, we will review and adjust compensation. Options may include: * $15 USD per hour, or * A base salary plus commission As revenue grows, hours may increase. You may also become eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to client retention. Requirements * Fluent English with clear communication * Confidence speaking with business owners * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently * Comfortable with outbound cold calling * Stable internet connection and quiet workspace Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: * Appointment setting or sales * Lead generation * CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel) * Digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO) * Website coordination or development * Marketing automation What We Provide * Lead lists * Outreach scripts * Training and support * CRM and sales tools * Commission tracking * Opportunity for long-term role based on performance How to Apply Please submit: * Resume * Short introduction * Summary of relevant experience * 1–2 minute Loom video link demonstrating a case study of your cold calling techniques or a realistic example of how you would approach a cold call (voice recordings alone will not be accepted) * Current availability * Internet speed (download/upload) * Any relevant digital marketing or sales experience We look forward to reviewing your application.
