Summary Remote Appointment Setter Weddings • Events We are looking for a sharp, organized, and fast Appointment Setter to join our team. We operate a event venue and ballroom dance studio in Orlando, Florida. All leads are warm inbound inquiries. People are already interested in our services. Your job is to respond quickly, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and keep our calendar full. Responsibilities - Respond to inbound calls & texts inquiries - Be the first to reply - Schedule venue tours and introductory appointments - Confirm upcoming appointments - Follow up with leads who have not responded - Call leads when necessary - Maintain accurate notes inside our CRM (GoHighLevel) - Help reduce no-shows through proper follow-up and confirmation Compensation - Performance bonuses available Schedule Full Time Saturday availability is a plus Requirements - Fluent English - Fluent Spanish - Strong communication skills on the phone and by text - Fast response times - Reliable internet and quiet workspace - Organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable learning CRM systems Experience with appointment setting, customer service, hospitality, weddings, events, or sales is helpful but not required. We provide training, scripts, CRM training, and product knowledge. You do not need prior experience in the event venue industry.
