We are looking for a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to engage with prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with an expanding company. --- Responsibilities * Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers using approved communication channels * Engage prospects in professional and conversational discussions * Qualify prospects based on company criteria * Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team * Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates * Maintain accurate notes and activity within our CRM * Meet daily outreach and appointment-setting expectations * Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment quality and conversion rates --- Requirements * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills * Professional, positive, and coachable attitude * Self-motivated with strong time management skills * Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment * Reliable high-speed internet connection * Quiet, professional workspace suitable for phone and video communication * Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software quickly Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales development, customer service, or inside sales is preferred but not required. --- Schedule Requirements This position requires consistent availability during our business hours. **Minimum Expectations:** * Monday through Friday * Minimum 40 hours per week * Available between **8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time** * Ability to attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and sales huddles as scheduled --- What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: * Enjoys talking with people * Is confident starting conversations * Takes ownership of their work * Is dependable and punctual * Can consistently follow systems and processes * Wants a long-term opportunity with room for growth --- Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by: * Number of outbound conversations * Qualified appointments scheduled * Appointment show rate * Lead quality * CRM accuracy and activity consistency * Professionalism and reliability --- To Apply Please include the following with your application: * Resume * Country and current time zone * Relevant appointment setting or sales experience * English proficiency * Internet speed (upload/download) * A 1–2 minute video introducing yourself and explaining why you would be a good fit for this role We are looking for individuals who are dependable, coachable, and committed to helping our team grow.
