Remote Architectural Designer / CAD Drafter

We are seeking an experienced Remote Architectural Designer / CAD Drafter to prepare construction and permit plans for residential and commercial projects. Requirements: Experience creating U.S. construction and permit plans Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software Familiar with California Building Codes and permit requirements Able to prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and permit-ready drawings Ability to revise plans based on city comments and corrections Strong communication skills and attention to detail Highly Preferred: Experience working on California projects Background in Architecture or Architectural Design Experience with ADUs, remodels, additions, tenant improvements, and commercial projects Existing professional relationships with U.S.-licensed Engineers or Architects for plan review and stamping To Apply, Please Send: Resume/CV Portfolio or sample plans Software proficiency Experience with California projects Expected hourly rate Please include a brief summary of your experience with U.S. permit plans and California Building Codes.
