Remote Architectural Visualization Specialist Full-time (3ds Max / Corona / V-Ray)

About the Role Due to a higher volume of incoming projects, we are looking for a dedicated remote Architectural Visualization Specialist to join us. Please note: This is a full-time position for an initial fixed period, not a piece-by-piece freelance role. We are seeking someone who can fully commit their working hours to our team, with a strong view toward turning this into a permanent, long-term role if both parties are happy with the collaboration. Ideally you will handle everything from 3D modeling and interior design visualization to final high-resolution renders and AI-assisted image enhancement. If you excel in some of the archviz fields we will consider hiring 2 people to put together the ideal mix of skills. Budget & Compensation The budget shown in the job post is a placeholder. Please quote your true minimum required salary for a full-time position for a initial period of 2-3 months. We deeply value quality craftsmanship, but as a growing studio, we also need to maintain a realistic and competitive cost structure. We evaluate applicants based on the overall value proposition—balancing quality against rate. Key Requirements Primary Software (Non-Negotiable): Autodesk 3ds Max. You must work natively in 3ds Max, as we require direct scene sharing and file collaboration. Render Engines: Corona Renderer (preferred) and/or V-Ray (ideal if experienced in both). AI Tooling & Workflow: Proficiency with AI-assisted ArchViz workflows for rapid concepting, final output prompting based on 3D scene mockup, high-res upscaling, image correction, and post-processing (e.g., detail and people enhancement). Unreal Engine: Experience with Unreal Engine for real-time visualization is a strong plus. Core Skills: Strong expertise across 3D Modeling, Interior Design, Interior Rendering, and Exterior Rendering.
