Remote B2B UCaaS Sales Closer

PrimeCall is seeking an experienced, professional B2B sales closer with hands-on knowledge of NetSapiens and/or Crexendo telecommunications solutions. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for someone who understands business phone systems, UCaaS, cloud communications, and VoIP—and has the confidence and experience to close customers over the phone. What You’ll Do • Speak with prospective business customers by phone and video • Understand their current phone system, requirements, and challenges • Present PrimeCall’s cloud-based business communication solutions • Explain features, pricing, mobile and desktop applications, SMS, call recording, integrations, contact-center capabilities, and related services • Prepare and follow up on proposals • Handle objections, negotiate professionally, and close new accounts • Maintain accurate notes and sales activity in our CRM • Build long-term relationships with customers Required Experience • Previous sales experience with NetSapiens, Crexendo, or a closely related UCaaS/VoIP platform • Strong understanding of hosted business phone systems and recurring telecom services • Proven B2B telephone-sales and closing experience • Excellent spoken and written English • Professional, confident, and persuasive telephone presence • Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers • Self-motivated, reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up • Comfortable working with a performance-based compensation structure Compensation This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. You will receive 20% of the eligible monthly recurring service revenue generated by every customer you close—for as long as that customer remains active and continues paying for the service. There is no cap on commissions. Every active account you close can continue generating monthly income. Commission applies to collected recurring service revenue. Taxes, regulatory fees, hardware, installation charges, one-time fees, usage charges, refunds, credits, and chargebacks are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
