Remote Brand Ambassador Operations Coordinator (Field Team Management)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Brand Ambassador Operations Coordinator to oversee our Brand Ambassador (BA) teams across multiple U.S. cities. This is an operations role focused on ensuring our BAs are working, staying on schedule, completing their assigned routes, and submitting proof of work. You will be the primary point of contact for our field teams throughout the day. Responsibilities Manage multiple Brand Ambassadors across different cities and states. Monitor BA locations and movement using Timeero. Verify completed store visits by reviewing timestamped store photos. Communicate with BAs throughout their shifts via text messages and phone calls. Follow up immediately if a BA is inactive, off-route, misses check-ins, or fails to submit required photos. Keep detailed records of attendance, completed routes, and daily activity. Escalate performance or attendance issues to management immediately. Post and manage Brand Ambassador job advertisements on hiring platforms. Screen applicants and coordinate interviews. Assist with onboarding and scheduling new Brand Ambassadors. Ensure all scheduled markets are fully staffed before each activation. Provide daily reports summarizing staffing, completed routes, issues, and overall field performance. Requirements Excellent written and spoken English. Previous experience managing remote employees, Brand Ambassadors, merchandisers, or field teams. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously. Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Ability to quickly learn and use Timeero or similar GPS/time-tracking software. Reliable computer and high-speed internet. Must be highly responsive during working hours. Must be available to work based on the time zones of our Brand Ambassadors. Since our teams work in different U.S. cities, your schedule must be flexible to accommodate changing time zones and activation schedules. Must respond promptly to management and field staff throughout the workday. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting and hiring Brand Ambassadors or field marketing staff. Experience posting jobs on Upwork, Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook Jobs, or similar platforms. Experience coordinating field teams, event staff, or promotional campaigns. Success in This Role A successful coordinator will: Ensure every Brand Ambassador remains active and productive during their shift. Verify all required store visits with GPS tracking and store photos. Resolve field issues quickly. Maintain excellent communication with both management and Brand Ambassadors. Keep all markets fully staffed and organized. Deliver accurate daily reporting. Hours Part-Time or Full-Time (based on campaign schedule). Flexibility is required, as working hours will vary depending on the cities and time zones where our Brand Ambassadors are scheduled.
