Remote Business Communication Research Assistant (USA Only)

We are looking for a reliable freelancer based in the United States to help with business communication research. Your role is to contact businesses, gather publicly available information about their services, evaluate how they respond to inquiries, and document your findings in a simple reporting template. This is a remote, flexible position with ongoing opportunities for dependable freelancers. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to businesses during business hours. Follow a standardized research script. Collect information about: Services offered Availability Estimate or consultation process General pricing (when voluntarily provided) Evaluate customer service, professionalism, and communication quality. Complete accurate reports after each assignment. Submit reports through Upwork. Requirements Must currently reside in the United States. Fluent English communication skills. Professional phone etiquette. Reliable internet connection. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable speaking with businesses. Previous experience in customer service, market research, mystery shopping, or virtual assistance is a plus. Compensation Hourly Upwork contract. Competitive hourly pay.
