We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented freelancer based in the United States to assist with business outreach and market research projects. The role involves contacting businesses to gather information about their services, availability, customer experience, and general business operations. You will document your findings using a simple reporting template provided by our team. This is a remote, long-term opportunity with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities Contact businesses by phone during normal business hours. Gather information about services, estimate procedures, and availability. Ask standardized research questions provided by our team. Evaluate professionalism, responsiveness, and overall customer experience. Complete accurate reports after each assignment. Maintain confidentiality and follow project instructions. Requirements Must currently reside in the United States. Native or fluent English speaker. Excellent communication skills. Professional phone etiquette. Reliable internet connection. Strong attention to detail. Ability to submit organized reports on time. Experience in customer service, market research, mystery shopping, call center, or virtual assistance is a plus. Compensation $32–$41 per hour Paid through an Upwork hourly contract.
