Our services include: • Operations Manuals • SOP Development • Employee Onboarding Systems • Training Playbooks • Knowledge Bases • Process Mapping • Business System Documentation Our clients are primarily HVAC companies with 10–50 employees across the United States. --- # Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Partner to own the entire sales cycle from lead generation through signed agreements. This is a commission-only opportunity for experienced sales professionals who are confident prospecting, speaking with business owners, and closing consulting engagements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, wants unlimited earning potential, and prefers performance-based compensation. --- # Responsibilities ### Lead Generation • Research HVAC companies that fit our ideal client profile • Build prospect lists • Identify business owners and decision makers • Source contact information ### Outbound Prospecting • Cold email outreach • LinkedIn outreach • Follow-up sequences • Phone outreach • Relationship building ### Qualification • Determine business size • Identify operational pain points • Assess readiness to buy • Confirm decision-maker involvement ### Discovery Calls • Conduct introductory meetings • Understand client challenges • Present our methodology • Position our services around outcomes ### Sales • Present proposals • Handle objections • Follow up prospects • Negotiate pricing when appropriate • Secure signed agreements • Collect deposits ### CRM Management • Track pipeline • Maintain prospect records • Update notes • Manage follow-up cadence --- # What We Sell Typical project values: $3,000–$8,000+ Monthly retainers: $500–$2,000+ Target clients: • HVAC Companies • Plumbing Companies • Electrical Contractors • Roofing Companies • Property Management Firms --- # Compensation Commission Only No base salary. No cap on earnings.
