Remote Cabinet Vision Project QA / Checker – Cabinets & Millwork, No CNC/Nesting

We are looking for a remote Cabinet Vision project checker / QA reviewer for cabinetry and millwork projects. This is NOT a CNC programming role. We do NOT need nesting, cut lists, labels, G-code, optimization, postprocessor setup, or CNC output review. The main task is to check whether Cabinet Vision projects are built correctly according to our standards and project requirements. You will review Cabinet Vision projects, drawings, screenshots, elevations, and project notes to identify construction, layout, and modeling issues before the project moves forward. Main responsibilities: - Review Cabinet Vision projects for correct structure and logic. - Check dimensions, cabinet layout, openings, fillers, scribes, finished sides, panels, toe kicks, doors, drawer fronts, reveals, and clearances. - Check that the project matches the assignment, field notes, drawings, and company standards. - Identify issues with door/drawer placement, hardware clearances, appliance openings, visible sides, panels, and construction logic. - Mark up issues clearly and return an error log. - Classify issues as Critical / Major / Minor. - Suggest corrections when needed. What we do NOT need: - No CNC programming. - No nesting. - No G-code. - No cut list optimization. - No postprocessor setup. - No material optimization. - No production reports. Ideal candidate: - Strong experience with cabinetry, kitchens, closets, custom cabinets, or millwork. - Experience with Cabinet Vision is strongly preferred. - Able to review someone else’s project carefully and find mistakes. - Understands cabinet construction, fillers, scribes, panels, finished ends, reveals, door/drawer logic, and hardware clearances. - Can communicate issues clearly in English. Russian language is a plus. - Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work from a checklist. Experience with furniture construction / cabinet design software is a plus, including Cabinet Vision, BAZIS-Mebelshchik, bCAD, K3-Mebel, Woody, PRO100, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Mozaik, Microvellum, or 2020 Design. Preferred locations: Eastern Europe, Caucasus/Central Asia, and Philippines preferred. Russian language is a plus, but not required if English communication is strong. First paid test: The first step will be a small paid test. We will provide a sample project or screenshots/PDFs with project information.
