Remote Case Manager – Personal Injury Law Firm

We are hiring a FULL-TIME Case Manager. This is not a freelance side role. This position requires full attention, strong judgment, and the ability to escalate issues without hesitation. If you need hand-holding, avoid conflict, or are juggling multiple jobs, do not apply. Key Responsibilities: Manage cases from intake through resolution Track deadlines, follow up consistently, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Identify red flags early and escalate immediately Maintain accurate case notes and documentation Communicate clearly with internal teams, vendors, and clients Enforce procedures, timelines, and requirements Use common sense to prioritize urgent vs non-urgent matters Provide concise case updates and summaries to leadership Required Skills & Experience: Case management, legal support, property management, insurance, compliance, or administrative coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and follow-through skills Confident communicator (written and verbal) Comfortable escalating issues instead of waiting Able to work independently without micromanagement Tech-savvy (email, document management, tracking systems, spreadsheets) NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY): This is a FULL-TIME position No second jobs, side contracts, freelance work, or side businesses Must be available and responsive during business hours Must follow systems, SOPs, and documentation requirements Must meet deadlines consistently Who Should NOT Apply: Anyone working another job Anyone uncomfortable escalating problems Anyone who avoids confrontation or “waits to see” Anyone who needs constant reminders Anyone looking for flexible or part-time work Compensation: Competitive and based on experience. Describe a time you enforced a rule or deadline and someone pushed back. What did you do? During business hours, how quickly do you typically respond to time-sensitive messages?
