Remote Civil Engineer Needed – Steep Driveway, Garage Access, Parking & Retaining Walls

We are looking for an experienced civil, traffic or infrastructure engineer to develop a construction-ready solution for vehicle access, parking and retaining walls on a steep residential site. The main challenge is to redesign the access between the public road, parking area and an existing garage, while also providing access to the upper part of the property. The scope includes vehicle swept-path analysis, horizontal and vertical alignment, drainage, retaining walls, earthworks and a bill of quantities. This is an engineering and buildability assignment, not a 3D visualisation project. The entire assignment will be completed remotely. No site visit is required. We can provide the selected engineer with CAD survey files, current photographs, videos and any additional site measurements or details requested during the design process.
