Remote Client Service & Sales Associate

We’re Hiring: Client Service & Sales Associates (2 Positions) Company: Lawtiq.com Location: Remote / Hybrid (Canada & International Applicants Welcome) Lawtiq.com is a fast-growing legal-tech platform providing business, immigration, and legal services to entrepreneurs, investors, and newcomers. We are expanding our team and looking for 2 motivated Client Service & Sales Associates to support our growing client base. 💼 Role Overview You will be the first point of contact for clients interested in business setup, immigration programs, and legal services. This role combines client service, follow-ups, and sales support, with strong earning potential through performance-based bonuses. 🧾 Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media Qualify clients interested in business and immigration services Provide basic information and guide clients through next steps Book consultations with lawyers, RCICs, and advisors Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to closure Maintain client records and updates in CRM Coordinate with internal legal and immigration teams Support sales efforts and close clients where applicable 🎯 Ideal Candidate Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus) Comfortable speaking with clients and explaining services Sales mindset with a client-first approach Interest or background in business, immigration, legal, or consulting services Self-motivated and disciplined (remote work readiness) Basic computer skills (CRM, email, messaging apps) 💰 Compensation Base Pay: $250 CAD per month Bonuses: Paid on every client successfully closed Performance-based growth: High performers can significantly increase monthly earnings through commissions and bonuses This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow with a startup and build long-term income through performance. 🚀 Why Join Lawtiq.com?
