Summary

Summary PHAÖRA, a US-based luxury hardscape and sculpture company, is hiring remote Cold Callers / Closers to power our outbound growth. This is an ongoing, 100% commission, uncapped role with significant room to grow as we scale. You won't be dialing blind or chasing your own lists — leads are provided, and our in-house Aerial Scoper hands you specific talking points about each prospect's property before you call. These are high-ticket projects, so every close is meaningful. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to provided leads, opening warm, professional conversations. Qualify prospects, generate genuine interest, and set appointments. Close deals and follow up consistently so no opportunity slips. Use our Aerial Scoper to walk into every call with tailored, property-specific talking points. Maintain accurate, up-to-date notes and dispositions within our CRM. Consistently deliver a polished, professional experience that reflects the PHAÖRA brand. Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, clear accent. Proven phone/sales experience — cold calling, appointment setting, or closing. Confidence in a commission-only, performance-driven structure (no hourly base). Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting. Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet professional workspace, and a quality headset. Availability during US business hours. Comfortable with CRM tools and Google Workspace. Compensation: 100% commission, uncapped — OTE $60k–$245k depending on performance. You earn a percentage of each deal you close, with no ceiling. Leads provided. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn. We're looking for confident, self-driven closers ready to grow with us as we scale.
