Remote Commercial Records Authentication Specialist (USA Only)

We are looking for a U.S. Business Profile Verification Associate to support our data quality team by confirming publicly available business information through professional outbound phone calls. Your role will be to verify business records, update information when necessary, and help ensure our database remains accurate and reliable. This is a verification-only position. It does not include sales, cold calling, marketing, customer support, or lead generation. Every call is made solely to confirm business details and document the results. Key Responsibilities Place outbound verification calls to businesses located throughout the United States. Confirm business details including company name, business location, ZIP code, contact number, operating hours, and other required information. Follow the provided verification guidelines for every assignment. Keep calls professional and complete each verification in approximately 3–5 minutes. Accurately record the information collected during each call. Report any incorrect, outdated, or missing business records. Submit a short verification summary after completing each assignment. Qualifications Must currently reside in the United States. Clear and professional English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities. Your first verification call must be made using your personal mobile phone number. Google Voice, VoIP services, and other virtual phone numbers are not accepted. Reliable mobile phone service and internet access. Ability to work independently and follow written instructions. Previous experience in virtual assistance, administration, customer service, research, or data verification is an advantage but not required. Workflow Complete a brief trial verification assignment. After approval, receive regular daily verification tasks. Most team members complete 2–4 verification assignments per day, requiring approximately 1–2 hours of work.
