Remote Commission-Based Client Enrollment Specialist

Post Conviction Relief Center LLC is hiring commission-only enrollment sales representatives to follow up with warm leads who have requested information about our post-conviction legal support services. This is not door-to-door sales and not random cold calling. Leads are generated through paid ads, including Facebook lead forms. Many prospects have already expressed interest and indicated they may be ready to begin with a $500 retainer. PCRC is a legal support company that assists pro-say litigants and families with post-conviction legal document preparation and case support. PCRC is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Responsibilities include: * Calling warm inbound leads * Explaining PCRC’s legal support and document-preparation services * Building trust with prospects and families * Answering basic enrollment and pricing questions * Helping qualified clients begin with a retainer payment * Following up with leads until they enroll or decline * Updating the CRM after calls * Meeting weekly enrollment goals Compensation: This is a commission-only position with no base salary. * Estimated pay: $60,000 – $150,000 per year * Top performers who enroll 3–5 qualified clients per week can earn $100,000+ annually.
