About the Role: We generate the leads, and you provide the expertise. You’ll be the friendly, professional voice helping home users resolve their tech problems remotely. Using a provided telephone extension, you’ll diagnose issues, quote prices, and deliver solutions—all from the comfort of your own workspace. This is a performance-driven, commission-based opportunity perfect for a motivated technician who excels in remote troubleshooting and client communication. What You’ll Do: Provide remote technical support to home users for issues including: System Clean-Up, Optimization & Tune-Ups Virus, Malware & Security Removal Basic Data Recovery & Backup Assistance Printer Setup & Troubleshooting Email Client Configuration & Problem-Solving General Software/Hardware Troubleshooting for Laptops & Computers Follow up on company-provided leads, diagnose issues, and agree on service pricing directly with clients. Perform remote fixes using approved tools and methodologies. Adhere strictly to UK GDPR regulations—client contact is only for authorized service and billing follow-up. Work under our company brand, using our systems for payment processing and call logging (calls are monitored for training and quality assurance). Is self-motivated, trustworthy, and results-oriented, comfortable with a commission-based structure. Can handle pricing negotiations and explain value to customers effectively.
