Project Types: Multi Family Residential Construction Position Overview: As Remote Project Manager you will play a supporting role of construction projects from inception to completion, while also providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, sourcing, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Additionally, you will assist management with various tasks to facilitate their daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Construction Project Manager Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project Schedules. - Take Offs and Estimation. - Plan Review. Architectural, Structural and MEP - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. - Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors. - Manage supplier relationships - Assist management with day-to-day tasks such as scheduling, email management, and correspondence. - Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
