Remote Customer Service & Account Support Representative – No Sales

We are looking for a dependable and professional Customer Service & Account Support Representative to assist with outbound calls, account notes, and basic WordPress administrative tasks. This is NOT a sales position. You will not be required to sell products, meet sales quotas, or pressure customers. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to organizations and professional contacts using a provided contact list Follow a provided call script while sounding friendly and professional Introduce Revive Intellect and explain the purpose of the call Speak with offices and organizations regarding account information and online course resources Leave professional voicemail messages Follow up with contacts when needed Add clear and detailed notes to each account after every call Update contact and account information Complete basic administrative tasks in WordPress Review and update information within the website's administrative system Follow instructions and complete assigned daily tasks accurately This Is NOT a Sales Position There are no sales quotas and no cold selling. The purpose of the calls is to introduce our company, provide information, update accounts, and maintain professional communication with organizations. Requirements Strong spoken and written English Clear, friendly, and professional phone voice Comfortable making outbound calls to U.S.-based organizations Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred Basic WordPress experience required Comfortable working with online systems and learning new software Strong attention to detail Able to enter accurate notes after every call Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet Quiet and professional work environment Dependable and able to follow detailed instructions Available during U.S./Arizona business hours Position Details This is a remote position. The representative will receive training, call scripts, contact lists, and instructions for completing account and WordPress tasks. We are looking for someone who is professional on the phone, organized, comfortable with technology, and consistent with documenting every interaction.
