Build a Long-Term Remote Career in Property Management We are hiring a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative to support the day-to-day communication and customer service operations of a growing U.S.-based property management company. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who is highly responsive, organized, professional, and enjoys helping people. You will serve as one of the primary points of communication for tenants, landlords, vendors, and prospective tenants, helping ensure questions, requests, updates, and follow-ups are handled professionally and efficiently. While previous property management experience is a plus, we are ultimately looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to follow-through. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, follows through consistently, and takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience. What You Get Remote Flexibility • Fully remote, work from anywhere • Full-time position • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Compensation & Growth • Weekly pay • Performance-based raises and growth opportunities • Long-term position with increasing responsibility over time Raises are based on performance, reliability, communication, and follow-through. Work Environment • Fast-paced and communication-focused • Clear expectations and accountability • Strong support system and management involvement • Performance and reliability are recognized Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, vendors, and prospective tenants • Handle inbound and outbound communication by phone, email, and messaging • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-up communication • Help track requests, updates, and ongoing issues to ensure timely follow-through • Maintain organized records, notes, and communication updates • Support day-to-day operations and administrative activities • Work closely with management to help ensure a positive customer experience What We’re Looking For • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional and friendly phone presence • Strong organization and attention to detail • Reliable and consistent work habits • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills Requirements • Previous customer service, administrative support, virtual assistant, property management, or operations experience preferred • Strong written and verbal English communication • Comfortable handling phone communication throughout the day • Strong organizational and multitasking ability Apply If • You enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service • You are highly responsive and reliable • You enjoy communication, organization, and follow-through • You want a long-term remote opportunity with growth potential • You want to grow based on performance and consistency
