Remote Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team and support two growing home service companies: Gutters & Auto Glass. This is a fully remote position with a dynamic role involving customer communication, scheduling, coordination, and sales support. Position Details: 📍 Fully remote 🕢 Monday–Friday starting at 7:30 AM PST ⏰ Starting schedule: 24 hours/week Mondays: Full-time schedule Tuesday–Friday: Part-time schedule 📈 Opportunity to grow into a 40-hour/week full-time position 💰 Full-time equivalent pay: $1,200/month Responsibilities: -Answer and manage customer inquiries -Schedule and coordinate installations -Communicate with customers and technicians -Prepare and update quotes -Follow up with leads and customers -Collect payments -Request and manage customer reviews -Help keep daily operations organized Ideal Candidate: -Strong communication skills (written and verbal) -Organized and detail-oriented -Comfortable multitasking and managing different priorities -Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently -Previous customer service, sales, scheduling, or home services experience is a plus Interested?
