Remote Data Entry Assistant — Daily Portal Downloads (Manual, Detail-Oriented)

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to handle a recurring daily task: logging into a retail/distributor web portal and manually downloading a set of data reports for each of our ~20 brands. (We'll share the specific portal and login details with the person we hire.) This is straightforward, repeatable work — but accuracy and consistency matter a lot. You'll follow a documented checklist, download the right reports for each brand, name and save the files correctly, and confirm the daily pull is complete. What you'll do: - Log into the data portal using credentials we provide - For each brand on our list (~20 total), manually download the specified reports/exports - Save and organize files using our naming convention (we'll provide a guide) - Confirm each daily pull is complete and flag anything missing or unusual - Send a short daily confirmation when the pull is done This must be done 100% manually. No scrapers, bots, browser automation, scripts, or extensions. We need a human clicking through and downloading the reports by hand. This is a firm requirement — please don't apply if you plan to automate it.
