Remote Data Entry & Documentation Specialist (Medical Supply Industry)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our medical supply business. This role is responsible for reviewing documents, entering information into multiple systems, and creating document packets for customers, vendors, and internal operations. Responsibilities: Review invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and customer records. Enter and update data accurately across multiple software systems. Create and organize electronic document packets. Verify information and resolve data discrepancies. Maintain digital records and files. Update customer, vendor, inventory, and order information. Complete tasks accurately and on time. Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures. Assist with administrative and documentation projects as needed. Qualifications: Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based applications. Strong typing, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
