Summary

Description: We’re looking for a virtual dental scribe to help our dentists document patient visits and support daily office tasks. Responsibilities: • Take notes during patient visits in Open Dental • Update patient charts, treatment notes, and vitals • Help with payment and insurance reports (EOBs, claims) • Track unfinished procedures and patient balances • Send and follow up on pre-authorizations • Keep all records accurate and confidential Requirements: • Is a dental professional, dentist • Experience with dental scribing • Familiar with Open Dental and CDT codes • Strong English listening and writing skills • Reliable, detail-oriented, and available during EST hours
